KYC was developed to provide up-to-date changes affecting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) plans, health tips, and timely health care information for employers and employees. KYC is mailed each month to credit unions participating on the CU HR Solutions BCBSM program with their monthly billing statements.
